Winter in Mellau

Whether for alpine skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or winter hiking - Mellau offers for everyone of all ages a variety of ways to enjoy the winter.

It’s easy to get here and go speedily with the cable car into the snow adventure! The excellent prepared northern slopes of the Rossstelle offer snow until late spring. From the season 2009 onwards Mellau combines its skiing area with that of Damüls / Faschina with a modern 8 person cable car. You then have the choice between 29 lifts and nearly 109 km of slopes in the largest ski arena of the Bregenzerwald.
